Medical Authorization and Insurance

I’m aware I must have a proper medical authorization to practice Lacrosse. All participants must bring their own insurance policy or social insurance card to show to the tournament staff when required. In case it will be needed, the tournament organization will be able to provide you travel insurance with a small supplement!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that the tournament organizer will offer you the stay (hotel accommodation in HB treatment) and will refund your European flight cost for 50%. In addition, a refund of 100,00 euro is provided per each umpired game.
